Moving Comfort

I"m so confused by their sizing chart!! My bust is 42 and my ribcage is 38. And the guide says they don't have any styles for me. When I click on the info button, it says that would make me a 42A. I've never in my LIFE been an A cup LOL so this can not be right. Last bra I bought was a 38DD. I think I may be down to a D or C now but deft NOT an A. What am I doing wrong?? These bras are expensive I can't afford to buy the wrong thing and have to send it back over and over!

FYI the Victoria Secret sizing chart puts me right on the cusp between 38D and DD, so A is definitely wrong....

    ribcage = band size

    bust size- ribcage = cup size (1" diff = a, 2" diff=b, 3"diff =c, 4" diff = d, 5" diff = dd)

    so theoretically you should be a 38d but that doesnt mean that would be correct in all styles or manufacturers. can you fnd a store near you that sells them so you can try them on?

    ETA their sizing system seems to not be based on anything logical or that would help with another other bra manufacturers :laugh:

    On the sports bra fitting room, their guide has 4" in as A, and completely threw me off!

    I'm just going to assume it's a 38D and hope for the best LOL. We have a sports store in the mall, but that's 30 miles and with the snow storm and a baby boy, I wouldn't have time to go try any on for awhile.
