Anyone have a dramatic change in thigh shapeliness?

Hey everyone!
I've been seriously losing weight since november last year. I'm probably just at my half-way point, I'd like to hit 70kgs and reevaluate whether I need to lose more or if I'm comfortable at 70kg (I'm tall at 173cm and I've got naturally big breasts - not fat unfortunately, they haven't reduced yet! - and so don't want to look too out of proportion). So, I started C25K in Nov and try to run 5-6km 3 to 4 times a week since completing the program around christmas. The problem is, I haven't seen a change in the shape of my thighs. I also have those unfortunate legs where my calves are quite thin and defined, but have quite fatty and saggy knees to hips.
I would love to hear stories of people have similar problem with fat distribution on their legs, but managed to change or develop more shapely legs throughout their transformation. I need to know it's possible so I don't give up! Photos would be fabulous, as would any tips to increase or motivate shapely legs. Inspire me!
Thanks!

One word - LUNGES! Between a treadmill and high heels and genetics, I've always had shapely calves but upper thigh is tougher. Lunges will shape your thighs and butt at the same time.0

lunges and squats too. That should help.0

Ditto to the lunges. I recently started Chalene Extreme and am already seeing a difference in my legs that running didn't give me.0
