What exercise routines work for you?

    lifting heavy 5-8 reps to failure

    Insanity is really working for me. I like having a 60 day plan. I know what i'll be doing each day. There is no wondering what i'll be doing.

    It's expensive but I got it off Ebay for a discount.

    I am competitive. I like to race, so training for things like running races, triathlons, bike races, etc will get me on a training program that forces me to work out. Otherwise, I'm a sad lump on a log.
  • I do High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT) 20 seconds of activity/10 seconds of rest for 8 reps.

    Jumping Jacks/ High Knees/ Pushups/ V's Repeat

    Sprint on the treadmill at 10. MPH for the same 20/10 for 8 reps by the time I am done I am literally Done.....
