Hey guys just want to say hello to all of you out there.
Just been looking at some of the posts that you guys have put up and its been a real inspiration. so a big thankyou.
Just a quick question has anyone had any good results with using raspberry ketones? if so, how much did you take in terms of mg?
Thanks

Hey Mjizzle,
As this is your first post, you may not know. There is a search function on the message board homepage. Searching "raspberry ketones" will reveal 50 pages of discussion.
You will probably get many sarcastic responses to this thread as it has been beaten to death.0 -
It's a gimmick. Please don't waste your money.0

Hi hun, since apparently no-one is taking the time to answer your question politely; no, I don't think the Raspberry Ketones are a good idea.
Have a look here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12
Also an awesome group is:

Take the time to read it but I promise you this will be the answer, not Raspberry Ketones. Keep your money in your wallet!!0 -

Since when is "No" not a polite, acceptable answer?0 -

I agree with them saying not to waste your money buying them. I got sucked in once and all they did is upset my stomach, they didn't curb my appetitie or do any good!!0

Hey guys thanks for your responses, yes this is my first time putting up a post so i wasn't sure if it had been discussed or not.
Everyone is saying no, however i have already bought a pack about a few weeks back and i have not seen any decent results but i also have not been keeping to my foodplan properly either but as i have them i will just finish them and will not buy another pack.
Can i ask though what have you guys done that has worked for you? As you can see im just at the beginning of my journey.0
