What would you eat from this tapas menu?

I'm going out for lunch on Friday and we are going to Pesto. It is a tapas restaurant and I am struggling to find any calorie info anywhere for it!! Bad as it sounds I will HAVE to have Calamari, I love it and it's only a one off as a treat! I've found a generic version that allows 355 cals so I thought I'd then go with the Insallata Della Casa as a good option at about 150 cals and now I'm debating what to have as the third (the lunch menu is three dishes!). I'm drawn to the potatoes, I know they are deep fried but I compared it to a portion of patatas bravas which came in at 245 cals/portion???

What three would you choose, please?

Penne con pollo al dragoncello
Penne pasta with chicken in a mascarpone and tarragon sauce

Bruschetta Pomodoro
Toasted ciabatta topped with a mix of ripe tomato, red onion
and basil with a splash of herb oil (v)

and fresh parmesan.

Spaghetti Bolognese

Insalata della Casa
A salad of leaves, tomato, sweetcorn, sweet peppers
and red onion (v)

Funghi all’aglio
Fresh mushrooms seasoned and sauted in garlic (v)

Chicken wings Tuscan style, marinated then baked in the oven

Pizza Margherita
5” classic cheese & tomato pizza (v)

Polpette di manzo
Spicy beef meatballs in a tomato & herb sauce

Pizza pepperoni
5” pizza with cheese, tomato & pepperoni

Calamari Fritti

with our house Caesar dressing (v)

Add a little pot of our sun dried tomato tapenade to
dip in for an extra £0.95 (v)

Bruschetta or mushrooms, or maybe the spaghetti Bolognese.

This is Italian, not tapas (Spanish).

If I wasn't too hungry on the day and had to choose Calamari, I would add bruschetta and salad. If I were ravenous I would have the spaghetti bolognese.

It all sounds lovely but I would go for the Ali di pollo al forno (Chicken wings Tuscan style, marinated then baked in the oven) as they are baked, not fried.

Enjoy your lunch whatever you choose to have, we all have to live life!

I would do bruschetta, house salad and sauteed mushrooms. Seems to all have the least amount of dressings/added sauces, etc. If you can ask for stuff on the side that may save you a lot of calories.
