Need some advice....

...how does everyone get in their exercise? I am struggling with trying to find a time that works for me. I do work shift work and by the time I get home I am just to tired to even think about exercising. If you can give me some suggestions, I will try them to see if it will help me.

    Shift work is definitely hard to fit in a workout schedule considering your body's time clock is always out of whack. I wish I had an answer for you but shift work is Definitely hard to manage

    Do you work 12 hour shifts? When I used to do that, the days were pretty much a bust for working out. Sometimes I would go for a workout after work if I had the energy. When I worked nights, I would get up a bit early and workout before supper and then head to work.
