I just completed the cleanse process of the advocare and started the MNS3, I would like to know the pros and cons from real people. Has anyone had side effects?

    it's a great product and does work, just an expensive one to maintain. The gym I work out at sells Advocare and several people I attend church with are on it as well. great results!:smile:
