First of all, I love my little Fitbit. I think it has pushed me to do more and really think about how much I sit during the day vs. how often I get active.
With that said, I realize it does not take into account heart rate, temperature, etc. So my question is how accurate are the exercise calories? Has anyone done a comparison?
Thanks!

I've tracked my calories burned vs intake for more than 2 years with my fitbit. For me, it's accurate (more accurate than MFP). HRM's are not reliable for non cardio exercise.0

I've only had mine for six days, but so far it seems pretty good.0

I've found certain exercises can read too high (especially the elliptical) but for the most part I have found it to be pretty darn accurate and I've had it about a year.0

Have you looked at the Bodymediafit.0
