    Hello mimi135, yes 1 tip get through the first few days & then it will be your new natural routine as far as the foods you eat the exercise doesn't have to be started immediately it can be a few weeks in, so that's cool by then you will have lost a good amount of weight & once you start the exercise the weight will fly off like I don't know something fast (a jet or fast moving vehicle)lol Anyway Good Luck with your goal.:smile::flowerforyou:
