sick workout....or workout sick?

What does everybody here do when they are sick with a cold? Push through a workout? Lite workout? Or veg on the couch till they feel better? I definately don't want to go to the gym and spread my germs, and I'm definately not feeling like doing much of anything.:sad:

    Workout at home. Go for a walk. The worst thing is to go to the gym and workout.

    Work out at home or go out for a walk. remember the only bad workout is the one that never happened.

    I always workout at home, so germs are no excuse for me. I've got a nasty cold now, but I am pushing on with my workouts at a lower intensity.
