Returning Member in Low Carb diet.

Hello,
I have been using my fitnesspal for a while. i counted calories before and it worked but I got stuck in the same weight and i did not have much energy. I have been in a low Carb diet for 1 year now. I lost 12 pounds (my goal was to lose 15 at that time). now I want to reach 129Lb.
I am also a runner and low carb diet helps me a lot in my recovery after long runs. Last week my friends and I decided to try 60 days of insanity. (today is day 2) plus we will continue hour running schedule. I am curious to see what happens after the 60 days. I will keep you updated.
