I find that I retain a lot of water when I eat poorly. It's probably just water weight you are carrying.0

Oh my goodness! I felt that way here recently myself! For about the past two weeks, I've been keeping up with my journal (I'm a new member). But over the weekend, I had been moving non-stop into a new apartment.
Granted, I more than burned off everything I ate from the heavy-lifting. But I felt so guilty! I had eaten terribly & tried justifying it! "Oh, I burned X amount of calories so I can eat pizza..."
I've been eating a lot better over the past two weeks & have been trying to cut back on soda as well. But after this weekend, I already am getting cravings to binge & I feel like I'm starting over all over again.
I feel your pain! Don't feel too guilty! And as long as you're trying to get back on track, I don't think that your progress will have been lost!0 -
As they say this is a journey. It takes a long time to get the weight off, and it takes a long time to but it back on. 2 days isnt really going to hurt you in the long run. The good news is you recognized what you did, and you can start fresh tomorrow!! you will be back on track in no time!0

I felt the same way a few weeks ago! I had gone on a 'mini vaca' for the weekend and ate horrible, and drank a good amount of alcohol. When I got home I felt really bloated and like I had gained all my weight back. I immediately started tracking my food again and ran on the treadmill like I usually did. I had a weight in the week after I got back and realized that I had actually lost a pound. So don't get so discouraged a few cheat days are good once and a while!! :happy:0
