Stopped Losing Weight - Help

I started using this app in September 2012. From September to December, I lost 22 lbs. Yeah me! However since then I haven't lost anything. What am I doing wrong? I am sticking to my 1200 calories and working out 2-3 times a week for 1 hour. I would like to lose 19 more lbs to get in the mid range of a Normal BMI. Right now, I am borderline overweight/normal. Any help would be much appreciated.

As silly as it sounds, you may not be eating enough. 1200 cals is bare minimum and usually not enough for most people. You need to figure out your TDEE and BMR and go from there. This a great read and tool to look at http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/912920-in-place-of-a-road-map-3-20130

I've learned that 1200 should be your net and not your overall goal. You need to up your caloric intake to compensate for your fitness program.0

Try upping your calories. I did the same thing as you - started off with 1200 calories and lost a bunch of weight (27 pounds in about 4 or 5 mths) but then I hit a wall for months and lost motivation in the process. SO, I followed the road map (suggested in one of the above posts) and have had great success with it and I'm not starving!!!0
