Excellent Ab Workout, Even for Wusses Like Me ;)

Hi guys, I just wanted to share since this is something that has helped me tremendously. I've been on the site for a few months now and I'm really serious about taking care of myself while I workout. I have a bad back and I generally don't like doing situps or even traditional crunches anymore (besides the back I hate fighting to ground my feet), so I was looking for a new way to target my abs without all the neck, back, and leg strain.

Anyhow I came across, and now swear by, exercise ball crunches. But it all amounts to trying this exercise to see if you can finally work an effective ab workout into your routine.

I've always loved working out, but I know that many people avoid it because it is tough and they don't like it to begin with.
