I have been having peanut butter and celery with raisins, but I need to get my fat intake down so knocking out the peanut butter. Not the biggest fruit or sweets fan, but I usually need a few more calories at night, ideas?

I could also give up my post workout peanut butter and apple, but need some snack ideas for then.

I often have a bowl of cereal. Usually without milk both for convenience of eating and calorie/macro considerations, but sometimes with. This is also when I'll have a sugar cereal, too - Cinnamon toast crunch, Lucky Charms, Froot Loops, Cookie Crisp, etc. Not the best carbs in the world, but it meets a sweet craving.

When it gets warmer, I look forward to getting some of these: http://www.yasso.com/, or make my own, there are some cute recipes out there. Looks like a good ice cream alternative, which is something I crave on warm nights. But when it's colder- cocoa? MIlk (cow or otherwise), powdered cocoa, sweetener, yum!

depends on your calorie requirements. Lately baked plantains because I get my sweet and salty craving satisfied for 218 calories. Kefir or greek yogurt, protein shake, one egg, and I love fruit so it's my go to snack. 100 calorie version or any of the snacks you like. Hummus, pita and spinach.

We do a lot of white cheddar popcorn for snacks - it's like 2 cups for 150 calories! It's a nice big bowl full when you're watching TV.

    Cereal is a great idea!

So is Hummus. Maybe with some cucumber.
  • Olives! Can't get enough of them or a frozen bananana is so good!
I get health food boxes delivered to my door though every week so i usually have an individual punnet out of there xx

Popcorn cooked in coconut oil is good.

I've also become a nighttime Spanish olive fanatic.

Rice crispie treat if I've been good that day
Also 100 calorie popcorn OR Whirley Pop in Olive Oil
    A Smoothie Frozen Pop
    A piece of rich chocolate
    A "Dips" granola bar
Almonds or Peanuts, if I'm low on healthy fats
A serving of ice cream if I have calories left
    Frozen banana half
Greek yogurt with granola if I'm short on protein that day
Pretzel rods with peanut butter, or covered dark chocolate if I want a fun treat on weekends.
