Great Gym Exercises?

I joined Neufit.com. It has a bunch of weight loss challenges. I started this challenge where you have to burn 35,000 calories over a time so you lose 10 lbs. So, I need some ideas on how to make those changes in my life. I usually burn about 500 to 600 calories when I do group exercise like Turbo Jam and Zumba. When I do Spin Class, I can hit my daily burn goal of about 1200 calories. However, I don't get to do those exercises every day. Any ideas for gym workouts that don't have me in the gym all day?

    Need some good ideas to really burn some calories. I also want to keep up this type of burn through out my weight loss journey.
