Looking for friends who lift and EAT

Hey guys,

I have lost 25 pounds in the last ~6 months. I would now like to bulk up some. I plan on working out 3 days a week, 2 days of heavy lifting and a third day of dancing, martial arts, or lifting. I am 5'9, 147lbs with broad shoulders and some muscle. I would like great guns, the hint of abs (I don't want to get TOO thin), and keep my butt. My TDEE is 2100-2200 calories. I take fish oil, B-vitamins, calcium, a multi, and protein shakes after workouts. I am not interested in buying any supplements or videos from anyone on here, though I don't mind hearing about what you have had success with.

I am looking for friends, men and women, who eat at LEAST 1500 calories, and are building muscle. Open diaries with clean eating and high protein are a plus. I prefer friends who comment semi-regularly, and will help motivate me to get back into the gym!

    If you are worried, I will NOT complain if I gain weight. Kind of the point right? Both water and muscle weight. As long as my clothes still fit, or are too big, and I look good in the mirror, I am succeeding.

    A lady lifter! Thanks rmhand. Just seeing the recent posts of my new friends makes me want to get to the gym NOW!
