Hello fellow MFP users:

*Disclaimer: I found these pizzas from a youtuber, Mel (makeupbymel). I tried them and fell in love with them. I just wanted to disclaim that these are NOT my original recipes, I just thought I'd share because I enjoyed them. Also, the list of ingredients and directions are coming straight from the video. So you can change whatever you would like. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=buNKkB5PSEo&feature=share&list=UUAc_LAzE836FSi6ZDdsd8xQ

I have made these little pizzas on quite a few occasions. You could make them as healthy as you would like, I'm sure. I usually use fresh vegetables on mine (especially bell peppers). You could also use whole wheat tortillas instead of the flour tortillas (I'm thinking the flour ones aren't as good for you as the wheat..possibly?). But they are REALLY good. I usually use the small tortillas 1) for portion size and 2) when trying to use the bigger ones, they dont hold together to eat like a slice of pizza.

I like to leave mine a little longer than 10 minutes to make the crisp, so I can just cut them in half and pick it up w/o it falling apart. These would be great for the kids too. They could even help make them! My dad and I usually make these for a lunch snack.

10 Minute Pizza:
Ingredients:

Tortillas (small, medium, large, wheat, flour, corn) its your own choice
Marinara sauce (or really any sauce that you prefer)
Mozarella Cheese (or any you prefer)
Toppings of your choice

Directions: Preheat ove to 425
Cube your cheese (unless you use shredded, which is what I did)
Slice/dice your toppings!
Add sauce to center of pizza and spread to the outside edges
Put your cheese on next
Then you can put your toppings on!
Put in the oven for 10 minutes.
Take out, let cool (they'll be pretty hot)
And enjoy..

I hope you like this. If I find any more quick simple recipes I'll definitely post them.
I just thought this was quick and fun and they turn out really yummy!
