:happy: Hi I just came across this site through facebook...I have struggled with this 25 extra pounds for way to many years and I am committed to changeing that....I started the Insanity workout a week ago monday and I love it....I think this site will be helpful in my goals in tracking my meals better and also being able to relate to other people who share the same struggle. AMY

Hi. Over the past 6 weeks, i gained 10 lbs...and the only thing that i can see different in my life is stress... I have a total of 35 lbs to lose (yes..25 that wouldnt go away and now 10 more friends to join in). I got braces yesterday so eating is going to be hard any way, but i am seriously disturbed at how quickly I added 10 lbs on. I am very very upset with myself. 4 years ago I lost 96 lbs and i told myself i would never go back.
Any words that can help me?0 -

just keep your head in the game and you'll be just fine. i try not to think that im on a "diet" cause then i get depressed about all the foods im not supposed to eat and blah blah blah.
just think of it as a way of changing your lifestyle. permanently. yes you can splurge every now and then on some yummy foods but its about getting healthier.
if you think about it as just getting to "your goal" then when you reach it everything goes back to normal and you put the weight back on. try not to think of it too much like that, i find it more helpful0 -
