Weakling :(

I started lifting again last week, and I feel like such a weakling, lol. I can only bench about 60, squat 70, deadlift 40, curl 40, leg press 120. And I can only do free weights with like 20 pounds dumbbells. On the machines I can typically do more (lat pull downs about 80, shoulder press 70).

    Like you said you started lifting again. This indicated you stepped back from it for a while which means you aren't going to be at your peak performance. Do you have records of what you did the last time you started? I'll bet it's not as bad as you think.

    When I was running 6-8 miles/day, took a week off for vacation and tried to get back into it, I had my *kitten* handed to me and it was just a week!
