daily calories

Does everyone really add the number of calories you burn in your workout to what you are allowed to eat in a day? Or do you still stick to the allowed daily intake? I'm allowed 1200 calories per day but then it says that I've earned more because I burned it by working out. Is this true???

On 1200 calories you definitely should be eating back your exercise calories! You earned those! Plus the way MFP works is it assumes you WILL eat your exercise calories which is why it gave you a target of 1200 rather than something higher.0

Awesome thank you! That makes me happy because I'm starving after working out and it is really hard to stick to 1200 when you work out everyday. Thanks!0
