It is Finally time

I have been a member since 2011. Sure I wanted to be thin but for some reason the dedication was not there. I have lost some weight here and there but I decided recently that I am ready for a lifestyle change not a diet. I guess the light came on for some reason. I started the C25K running program this week and am supplementing that with weight training. Of course changing eating habits is very important and reading these boards have given me some great alternatives when it comes to eating. Anyway add me as a friend if you would like to and lets do this!

    Hi I just added you, I'm working on C25K for the 2nd time and hope to have the same success I had before. This time though, I'm watching what I eat as well. Good Luck!
