Has anyone had weight loss success without the actual scale moving?!?
I have been dedicated to my fitness journey through lifting and cardio, but as a see my body transforming, my weight is yo-yoing up and down with the same numbers.
It's very frustrating, so I guess what I really need is someone who can relate and back me up.
I've tried eating back my excercise calories as well as not eating back my calories, with little improvement on the scale.
Yes, I am dropping inches ..so shouldn't I atleast lose a couple pounds on the scale?
Waah.
