I tried MFP before. I didn't loose anything. It was so disheartening. I really need help. I need people who want to stand by my side and are going to help kick my butt in gear. So if you can do that then please HELP!

    Hello,
I am in the same place that you are. I went on holidays and have gained at least 10 lbs so I would love to do this with you. I am on the computer all day so if you need somebody to talk to just give me a shout. You did it before and I am sure you can do it again. (we both can).

I am in the same boat....sort of...with me, I do good and lose a ton of weight. Then end up just blowing the game late and putting all the weight lost back on. 80 lost, just to gain it back...also had a shoulder injury with that one though. Lost about 35 a year ago, gained that back. Then came to this site, lost 54 pounds, gained it all back as well. I gotta get my **** together.
  • I understand. My weight just stays within 5lbs. Never up more never down more. I'm just stuck. I drink water, I eat good, I work my butt off and it doesn't go anywhere. I'm just at a loss. Then I started trying diet pills. That didn't help. Still stayed within the 5lbs. I just don't know.

Welcome back! Add me as a friend if you like. My diary is open and most of the time I make good food choices, not always but we all have struggles.

As for getting you back on track, start small. Log your food consistently for a few weeks and we and others can advise where tweeks could be made. Get in the habit of logging and calorie counting. Then focus on changes.

    Stay strong!
