Hi. I'm here to nip this weight problem in the butt. I'm only about thirty pounds over and I wasn't until me and my girlfriend started dating like five years ago (her speciality is Baked Ziti). I've been doing this site for almost a week now and it great. I think it works like a charm. Everyone here is so nice and helpful and supportive. Keep up the good work. Bye for now. -Phil
