Hello All :) and thanks for taking the time to read my post!

I'm needing suggestions for some good cardio workouts that can be done at home..
I know I could just google videos off of youtube, but I would rather have personal input...
I am a mother of 3 with 2 jobs and eating clean has taken over my budget so I can't afford the gym right now. Any suggestions are wlecomed and appreciated :)

THANKS!!!!!!!!!!! :)

    www.thedailyhiit.com (cardio/strength)

    jumping jacks
    jump rope
jogging/walking/running/cycling around the block if that's an option for you... couch-to-5k... great program if you're a beginner.

Jillian Michaels has a cardio kickboxing video but it looks pretty tough! I am thinking of trying it after 30 Day Shred. It is on youtube as is the 30 Day Shred.

YouTube is a great place for at home cardio! This is my list
    Walking - Leslie Sansome
    30 Day Shred - Jillian
    Tae Bo - Billy Blanks

I usually start and end my day with Qi Gong, which is also on YouTube.
    Good luck!

I <3 the P90x workouts cardioX and kenpoX!

I think you can find them on youtube or something

also, doing things like squats and lunges will get your heart rate up too and is good for calorie burn since it uses your quads.
jumping jacks and even just jogging in place are good too.

If you want to challenge yourself, I advice burpees. You don't have to go for long. A few rounds that total 10 minutes will burn some cals real quick!

    Edit~mountain climbers too...

thank you for all of your suggestions :) i've gotten some new ideas for cardio now..
I'm definately going to try the dailyhiit this week and my curiosity is killing me on what qi gong is lol

my current workout already consists of:
burpees, squats, push ups, sit ups, crunches, rows, billy banks taebo, sprinting to the stop sign, and other things I can't think of right now...

I wanted something new to challenge myself more.

    thanks everybody!!
