Maaaan I'm low

I managed to put on 2.4lbs this week. That's three weeks in a row that I've put on. I've undone half of what I lost since January. That and many things on top are making me feel so awful. I'm really lacking in motivation, here.

    ... but you are motivated enough to come back on here - which means that there is a desire to change the downturn!
    You need to just work from today onwards, not what you had lost / gained previously. Every day is a new day and today can be the start - envisage where you want to be and start going there - don't think about what has passed - you cannot do anything to change that, but you can change the future (wow - that's all sounding a bit philosophical before my first coffee!!).
