Super yummy low-cal snack!

Okay, so while I was on my first health kick about 5 years ago, I invented this super amazing snack which is still my go-to!!

1 package neufchatel cheese
1 small jar green olives, chopped
chives (optional)
celery

Mix neufchatel cheese and olives; let sit in fridge for at least an hour. You can add chives at this point if you like them. Serve on celery. Only 75 calories per 2 tablespoons of the "dip"...but watch out cause it's addicting!!
