Good Morning ladies (and Gents sblim) Guess I am the first one on here this morning so i thought I'd go ahead and start this mornings post. 3.6 miles in an hour this morning. Nothing like getting up at 4:15 and walking out the stresses!! Hope everyone has an absolutely Awesome day!!! Cindy and that Should be 4/16/10

Yay! 3 miles in 45 minutes this morning...up before the kids and hubby, but I'm actually starting to like the "alone" time, even if getting out of bed is killer!0

I call it my "Me" time and yes, 4:15-4:30 is Killer early but I just feel so freakin' great the rest of the day!! Keep up the Fabulous Work!! You Are Worth It!!0

It is so hard to get started in the morning but it's true that it affects the whole day. Keeps me in check so I don't overeat because I don't want to undo the exercise I just did. I did the 2 mile 30 minute High calorie burn with the weighted balls this morning.0

Wow, I walked 3 miles last night and tonight and tomorrow hoping to get another two 5 mile walks in. I'm really seeing the difference in my legs through it, despite my scales actually not moving the lbs. x0
