Hi!
I have troubles changing my outer thighs and I need YOUR help!!
Is there anyone out there that changed fat "pear type" (see on the pics under what I mean with "pear type") buttocks and thighs?
How have you done that?

Could you PLEASE post your before and after pics? I have to see that it could be DONE!

    You can't spot reduce. Lowering overall body fat will help.Building your shoulder to balance the pear shape is also a suggestion.

    I have big legs and just ran for a long time. I am still a runner however the best thing I ever did was to start heavy lifting again (and that includes a good leg workout). There is a before and after pic in my profile.

    This is right. Watching the diet and doing some leg training on a leg press machine or hack squat machine will help you to continue burning fat, and growing lean muscle in its place. Because muscle is denser than bodyfat, your legs will get smaller as you train the legs. Training lower body really gets the heart rate up, which helps burn calories. Wish you good luck!
