Hurt my foot

I injured my foot last week and in order for it to heal I can do no exercise that puts any pressure on my foot so all my regular cardio routines are out. I'm looking for suggestions of what I can do with my upper body besides just lifting weights. Would appreciate any suggestions or ideas! The injury could make me not be able to do lower body exercises for 6-8 weeks! :(

    Shadow boxing - you can do that seated if you need to.

    And - just cuz I was doing it today - maybe you could fignre out a way to modify the way you use the rowing machine so you're not putting pressure on your foot? Both good cardio options...

    ETA - or what about swimming?

    Good ideas - swimming is out as we're expecting another snow storm this week! Joys of living on the east coast...

    Yeah - I don't miss that too much, lol. My gym has a pool, which I never actually use, lol.
