Any Crossfit guys/gals?

So, I'm looking to change up my routine. Currently I'm doing 4X Strength Training and 2X Cardio a week. Typically I lift for 45 minutes-1 hour, and Cardio is a half hour run or so. My gym has a great looking Crossfit area, which I use for some of my strength stuff. I'm thinking about throwing some more effort into the Crossfit arena, but I wanted to hear some opinions first. Some result pics would be even better! My goals aren't necessarily to build muscle or lose fat. I just want to be stronger, faster, and in better shape than I was the week before.

    Go to the "Groups" section, and search "Crossfit." You will find a number of groups to join and many crossfitters.
