Chasing the same 25 pounds

i joined MFP in 2011 when i weighed 185. It took 8 months but finally lost 45 lbs, The weight stayed steady, then I skipped posting every day and slowly the weight started climbing up again. Here I am now at 162 ,am back to tracking weight again. lost almost 10 pounds , but every day is s struggle. With low thyroid, COPD and fibromyalgia. AT 73yrs, it makes it difficult to talk myself into exercise right now . Michigan in February is too cold to leave the house most days.
Has anyone else been chasing the same pounds over and over? Could use some encouragement. Thanks
