I don't know why this is so hard to figure out, but there is so much conflicting info out there - I have gotten 250, 368, and 460 calories, all for the same thing! Does anyone know what the accurate calories are for this?
A split chicken breast, bone-in, skinless. I didn't weigh it before baking, but after baking it was 10oz - then I weighed the bone which was 2.2oz. So net 7.8oz, cooked. But are calorie counts for raw or cooked meat? How many calories please? Thanks!

I'm going by the USDA /Calorie King guide. A boneless skinless roasted chicken breast is 140 cals. per 3 oz serving. Rounding your piece up to 8 ounces, I came up with 140 x 2 = 280. Add 2 more ounces @ 46.6 cals per ounce = 93.2 cals.
280 + 93.2 = 373.2 cals per 8 oz of roasted breast meat.0 -
Perfect, thanks so much!0
