Hey there,
Your body requires a minimum of 1200 calories, but in reality about 1500 is what I would eat at if I were you! You want the minimum because that is how much your body needs to function- move around, sleep, eat, do laundry, etc. it is the basic requirements, you even burn calories digesting food. If you want, once you workout you can eat all those calories back and not gain weight.
Does this make sense?0
