    3/17/2013 13.1 - Cincinnati Heart Mini Half Marathon - new PR - 1:42 - 7:50 pace! Nearly six minutes off of my first half marathon in October 2012. My goal was <8:00 so I was very stoked!

    It's going to be tough to make my goal of 125 for the month, but I'm up for the challenge. Those rest days before and after a race really put a damper on your total mileage! :-)
