working out between customers

I have a stationary job now selling high end massage chairs. I spend majority of my time at work. Im either at my desk or doing demos with the chairs. Each customer takes 30mins to an hour to help. Im looking for a workout I can do between customers. I've even considered bringing ankle weights to work and do knee lifts while helping customers at my desk. Any suggestions?

how much time do u have in between customers? if u can even just walk between every customer, and get a few miles in per day- thats great. doing knee lifts while talking to a customer sounds kind of odd....

not sure how sweaty/agressive u want to/can be for these quick sessions- but obviously more intense exercises could be jumping jacks, squats, lunges, pushups, sit ups...

I usually have 10-15mins between customers. I can't get too sweaty cause I have to look professional.

Bring a resistance band to work.
