    I'm gonna chuck myself in this thread to as it keeps coming up in my news feed due to my friends posting in it and I feel left out haha. I'm UK (obvs), log on daily, I'm here more for body recomposition and weight training now than anything else. Feel free to add me as long as you don't mind seeing my dirty food in my diary on a daily basis lol ;-))
