Diary check, please :)

Hi all!
I've come back to MFP as I've been bouncing between diets the last 18 months and I need to just settle on something easy to get the last of my weight off and gone!
I have been basically losing and gaining the same three pounds since the beginning of February, and I'm a wee bit fed up! Looking back on my diary I can see that I do grab a lot of 'convenience' foods as I'm super-busy, so I definitely need to change that (and someone needs to take away my Starbucks card!). I also seem to have got fed up with logging for the middle of February, oops! Despite that, could someone have a wee peek at my cals/exercises and see what needs tweaking?
I do work out a lot, and I work out hard. I do four sessions of boxing per week (including beatbox, stick combat, pad and bag workouts), plus one dance class and one session of core and weights with a PT. The rest of the time, I'm sitting in front of a computer in an office
I also do a day on a farm every week. I have no idea how to log that as exercise, by the way, so between lunchbreak, tea breaks and general faffing around I've guessed at it being equivalent to about four hours of gardening? I was also going running two/three times a week as well for about half an hour each time, but I'm having issues with a hip muscle so I've had to stop that for a while.
Now, I *think* (if I'm doing this right!) that my BMR is 1605, and my TDEE is 2765? Now, does this mean that I need to eat 1600 calories a day minimum? I'm not quite sure what to do with the BMR/TDEE information....
But basically, any help would be much appreciated! Thank you
