Heya, Im 21, at about 165 lbs and height 5.1' my daily workout goes around; walking, zumba and elliptical to burn at least 300-500 calories and eating about 1200calz. Was wondering if this is enough to loose the belly and back fat even though i know you can't target. Hoping to lose 35lbs. IF your are at around my height and weight can u please let me know how long it took you to do so and what u did for it. Appreciate ur help
Thnx

You've kinda answered you're own question. No you can't target but eventually fat from all over your body will shrink. If you're prone to gaining weight on your top then that will be the last to go. But I do suggest you eat your excersise calories back because if you're eating 1200 calories and you burn 500 calories then you're netting at 700 and that's no good x0

What really helped me boost the *fat* loss (as opposed to general weight loss) was when my gym trainer made me give up the cardio and begin lifting. He almost had to wrench me off the elliptical and rowing machines... But it did help with the way I looked overall: not only did I get a (temporary) boost to the speed at which I lost the weight, I also looked more toned. And, bizarrely, when I got back on a cardio machine Inoticed my endurance had gone up immensely.
I helped some frineds move this last weekend and felt like wonderwoman, lol. up and down stairs with boxes and furniture and whatnot, and I didn't even get out of breath0 -
Well, losing weight is not so easy. You need to plan out your whole routine. If possible take meal replacement diet instead of an actual diet. It will help you in losing weight in short period of time.

Meal replacements will help you lose weight in the short term but you will gain the weight as soon as you finish it.0 -
I have suggested you eat more to fuel those workouts. Now others have also. Look over your diet. Start replacing bad foods with healthier choices. Like you noticed, fish and chips is a no go. Bake, grill or broil your fish yourself. Make at least one change a week and you can get there. Remember, you did not gain weight over night, if you want to keep it off permanently you have to make changes you will stick with.
