I recently offered someone a homemade "Recovery" drink when others were discussing a popular internet-orderd formula. It was quickly removed!!!!! Not everyone can afford $120/month OR can everyone drink it (I cannot have soy and certain raw veggies - like broccoli, and am gluten intolerant). I thought it would be good to offer ideas to others who may not have the option to order such formulas and be able to find homemade recipes....so here's mine!
1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
1 cup mixed berries (blueberry and raspberry right now)
Banana
1 cup Coconut Dream (low-fat coconut milk)
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
I blend in an extraction blender but any blender will do.
I hope others have great recipes so everyone can have a great workout and a great recovery formula so they don't have pain and exhaustion afterwards
Have a great day!!!
