ok so i haven't logged on in a while, so i stopped stressing about my weight working out 3 times a week and watching my calories. i put on a pair of shorts, that i havent worn since before i had my now 7 mth old daughter, i tried them on a month ago maybe and couldn't even button them today i tried them on and wow they fit. my hips did get wider i guess that comes with having two kids but i stopped stressing about my weight loss stopped wieghing myself and i have checked my inches. i watch what i eat i limit my bread in take and treat my self once a week or every other week. well thats my story and im very happy with myself. i pretty much eat i just use portion control. but whatever im doing is working. thanks for reading, just thought i share. :):)

Amen! This is how I feel. Although I do enjoy working out, I don't stress and flip about it! Stress can really make everything stop or get worse! You can point your body in the right direction but you can't force it to do something it doesn't want too! Good Job!!

Thank you for sharing - this is how I want to live..... no stressing about it, just common sense and awareness... (which leads to stuff like portion control and good choices.) Your note is a reminder that this is completely possible!

I'm feeling much the same way. Although, I'm not quite where you are. I'm trying to log occationally to check to see if I really am doing as well as I think. I'm also still weighing myself regularly. The big change is that I trust myself and my choices (in food and exercise) and I'm confident that I will succeed.
  • YEA!!! that sounds awesome...you have it figured out for you!! NICE!! nice to hear from you too!! Missed U!!
