wowzers! blown away by everyone's kind words. As for tips - stick with it, when you have a bad day...just get back to it immediately. Make exercise fun, do something you love...for instance I usually teach or take Spin classes but today I am going to an indoor trampoline place..be creative and reward yourself!0
