  • Fruit is the food of God's! Really I savor my fruit whenever I eat it and always think "Wow such perfect natural creations that God has provided us with!" Guava, papaya, apples, bananas, blueberries, mango, and more, I hope in the after life they will be unlimited to us! God Bless

I calculate a banana at 120 calories for one. Were they small?

Yes, they were two small bananas

This morning, knowing that I was going to go running, I ate two bananas for breakfast and I realize now that I have been completely underestimating the power of the banana!!!

Energy, quick fix?? Bloody incredible burst I had!

I shall be eating more bananas before running in future and in particular before any race I run.

The banana is now my hero!

    ALL HAIL THE BANANA :)
Chopped up in my yoghurt from breakfast.
