I created my own excercise and use a HRM. There is too much difference in your effort to be recorded acurately.

Thank you Tigerlily! In light of a lack of a HRM, what would be a good guestimate? It was my first session so I think my effort was kinda-sorta so-so. I followed up with 30 min. on a treadclimber. I used to be aerobics instructor back in "the day" but am having difficulties estimating this. Any help would be awesome!

I dont have a HRM either so what is did was check a few 30 Day Shred threads and see what people around the same weight as me with HRM looged it as. I found that around 170lb was about 230-250

You can use the "circuit training, general" listing on the exercise database, it's pretty close to what I typically see for readings on my HRM

I use the "circuit training, general" option too :)

    Happy Shredding!
