Soaking Oats

hi all

Can someone tell me what kids of Oats need to be soaked before eating? How long do you do it for? overnight? i recently bought Red Mill's Rolled Oats and not sure whats the best way to eat them

Any advice or recipe would be great!

    i do Overnight Oats.... 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 scoop protein powder (if you want), 1 tbsp Chia seeds. Shake it in the container and put in the fridge and they are ready to go in the morning. you can heat them up if you want. and then you can add any extras you want; peanut/almond butter, fruits, almonds, walnuts, choc chips, maple/vanilla extract, brown sugar, honey, greek yogurt..... takes me about 3 minutes to put together the night before.

    Stupid question -- do you cook the oats first? Or just put the raw oats in with all the other stuff?

    Just soak overnight in fridge. No cooking necessary. It's so good!

    you can eat them cooked, raw, soaked in the fridge or you can also make muesli
