Need help developing a workout program

I'm relatively new to MFP and my current goal is to lose weight/fat. Ultimately, I'd like to build some muscle too, but I want to concentrate on losing the weight/fat first. I work very well with a guided plan, but I am horrible at just 'winging' it when it comes to exercise or figuring out an individualized plan for myself. I am looking for some concrete help in developing a cardio/strength training plan that I can stick to for a while and know what I need to do each day.

Is there someone here that can help me? Somewhere I can look online? I don't belong to a gym and have no current plans to join one. I'd like a plan I can do at home.
