So I have no idea what I did, all I can remember is getting a Charlie horse while I was sleeping, but ever since then my knee has been in pain. This happened 2 weeks ago. Not excruciating, but worse than my regular arthritis. There is no swelling, stiffness, heat, excess fluid, and I can bend and extend it all he way with no additional pain. Walking doesn't aggravate it all, but walking down stairs hurts tremendously. I have no medical insurance so I need everyone's ideas on what I did and how to fix it!

You might have stretched a ligament to far or something? I'm not an exert but I've had knee issues since a skiing accident and I just got the same kind of random pain in my foot yesterday, turns out its a sprain. Advice to
Fix it is to not let it stop you! A bike machine doesn't bother my knee when it's particularly bad, if you did pull something I think the most you can do is rest it but I'm not sure.good luck!0 -
Where was the charlie horse at? And specifically where is your pain at?0
