another calorie question

When you read the label and it says say, 210 calories, then if it says calories from fat, 35 calories, do you add the 35 fat calories to the original 210 calories or are they saying that out of the 210 is 35 from fat?

    It means out of the 210 calories total, 35 come from fat.
