I came across this site [ http://www.dailymile.com/ ] and have started using it a means to hopefully improve my running. I'm not replacing MFP but for more motivation and advice. I just started a couple of days ago and uploaded my training from my Garmin Forerunner 305 for the last month or so. You can also manually add walks, runs, cyclying, yoga and other fitness activities. Simaliar to MFP and facebook you can had friends and see their feeds on your wall along with fitness updates.
